In keeping with our approach to ensure Total Customer Satisfaction, we adopt a Six Tier Implementation Routine (STIR); it literally stirs up our interaction and your involvement!

Tier 1:
Upon receiving a brief from you in writing, we will estimate the total cost to get your website online as per the specs mentioned in your brief and give you a quote for the same along with a time estimate to complete the project.

Tier 2 :
Once you approve the total cost and the time frame indicated, the design process formally kicks off with the appointment of a single point of contact for all communication between you and us. We will work out various options in terms of the look and feel of the website and offer the same for your evaluation and choice. If you are not happy with the options worked out we’ll work out more options until you are satisfied with the look of one of the templates. This entire exercise at Tier 1and 2 of our Guarantee is a risk-free, no-obligations offer and in the unlikely event that you are not happy with either our costs/time estimates or any of our designs you can simply choose not to award the work to us with no cost liability to you whatsoever…. No questions asked!

Tier 3 :
Upon receiving your approval for the design, we proceed with the rest of the design of the website giving it the structure and functionality it needs to meet the  overall objectives you set out in your initial brief. During this process also, communication channels are kept open with you with continuous updates, feedback and any clarifications that might be required by us from time to time. Once the site is ready in our reckoning, we will upload it on an “Evaluation URL” for your perusal and feedback.

Tier 4:
Any feedback and suggestions or changes required by you shall be made at this stage. If such changes are beyond the purview of the initial brief, the same will be indicated to you along with an estimate of the extra cost for the additional changes required and after incorporating the changes, it is again uploaded on the “Evaluation URL” for your approval. We guarantee that you will not be billed for any additional work unless you have specifically requested for and approved the additional work along with the cost estimates for the extra work.

This feedback and incorporation of changes at Tier 3 and 4 is an iterative process and continues till you are completely satisfied with the website.

Tier 5:
Only upon receiving your final approval shall we request you to release our payment, after which the website is actually uploaded on your domain and made live for the rest of the world!

We request your approval at each of the tiers indicated above and unless you sign off each tier of the design and development process, we don’t proceed to the next tier thus ensuring that you are wholly satisfied with your NetSparx Experience!

Tier 6 :
We believe that once the site is fully functional, our role should be restricted to only major changes and/or revamping the site and that the client should be able to independently make minor changes in terms of content presented. Towards this end, we will design an Admin Page, if required,  so as to enable you to independently carry out the changes and update your site on a day-to-day basis, with virtually no involvement on our part unless you desire so. During this stage we’ll answer all your questions and do all the hand-holding that might be required till such time as you are comfortable with the process.
